Early Bird Discount- Register up to and including 15 business days prior to the workshop date and get the Early Bird Rate.
Face-2-Face Workshop Incentive: Buy one, Get additional at 25% off - Register one person for any face-to-face PASBO Workshop (i.e. Elements, Applications, Specialty Conferences, special topics) and get additional registrations for staff from your LEA for the same workshop at 25% off.
· All participants must be registering for the same workshop and be from the same LEA. An unlimited number of staff from your LEA can receive the 25% discount.
· When registering online, you will receive a discount code that will appear on your online registration screen and be included in the email confirmation. The discount code must be provided at the time the additional registrations are made to get the 25% discount.
· The member status of the individual will determine if the member or non-member price applies. The 25% discount can be applied to either the member or non-member fee.
Walk-In Registration: Registration will be accepted the day of the program on a space available basis at an additional fee of $35.

Invoices: Invoices are now posted to our website and will not be mailed. Your invoice can be paid online or printed and mailed with a check attached to the invoice. Just log onto our website with your username and password and then select “My Invoices” under the Account Details menu on the left of your profile page. Payment is due within 30 days of the registration date (invoice date). A $20 late fee will be added to invoices that have not been paid within 45 days of the registration date.
Cancellations: In order to cover some of the expenses, a $50 service fee will be retained for each face-to-face workshop cancellation within 5 business days of the scheduled workshop. Cancellations on the day of the event are not eligible for refund. Substitutions are permitted at no additional cost unless the substitution is from a member to a non-member, in which case the difference between a non-member and member rate will be charged. All cancellation or substitution requests must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to the scheduled event.
Online Course Cancellations: Cancellation requests for online courses must be made in writing prior to the access information for the course being sent, which is 1 business day prior to the course kick-off. Cancellations beyond this point are not eligible for refund.
PASBO Cancellations: PASBO reserves the right to cancel a workshop due to insufficient registration or inclement weather. In the case of a cancellation, all registrants will be notified by email, cancellations will be posted at www.pasbo.org or call 717-540-9551. Decisions on weather related cancellations will be made by noon the day before the program.
