Director of Facilities
Facilities/Operations Director position available for Methacton School District (MSD). This is a fulltime, 12-month, Superintendent’s Cabinet level position. This position will serve as the Advisor to the Superintendent on matters of school campus, plant and operations. This position will have responsibility to assist the Superintendent with policy, meetings, strategic direction and planning, and will work collaboratively with building administrators and staff to ensure a clean and safe environment for all students and staff.

| Requirements |
A minimum of 10 years’ work experience in plant or facility management is required. A degree in Facilities Management, Engineering and/or School Facilities Management experience and Certified Facility Manager certification preferred and/or certificates of formal training. Must demonstrate knowledge of construction, health and safety regulations, financial and management practices, purchasing, supervision and motivation of personnel, as well as knowledge of state and local regulations regarding the maintenance of buildings and equipment.
Salary range: $130K-150K commensurate with experience and qualifications; includes excellent benefits package.
