Elementary Technology Support Specialist
Qualifications:
Experience required with repairing desktop and laptop hardware and software, experience in supporting - troubleshooting Windows 10 Operating System, Google Chrome Operating system, and experience supporting end-users in the use of computer technology. This person must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be a team-player, prioritize, and work-well under pressure with little supervision.
Hourly Rate:
Dependent upon Education, A+ Certification, and Experience. Excellent benefits and retirement package.

Education:
Applicant must have an Associate’s degree (A.A.) in computer science, other technical degree, or current industry (CompTIA/Microsoft) certifications + 3 years of computer technology experience or 6 years of related education / experience as a computer technician in a small to mid-sized computer network environment. CompTIA A+ certification, prior K-12 experience, and two years of directly related experience preferred but not required.
