Human Resources Director
A vacancy exists at the Lancaster County Career & Technology Center for a Human Resources Director. The Human Resources Director supports the Administrative Director and coordinates work with the administrative, office, and teaching staff. The Human Resources Director is responsible for administration of HR Disciplines within the organization to serve and manage all employees from recruitment through termination. The position is accountable for administrative liaison relationships between the Administrative Director, other center managers, employees, Board members, and the community. |

| Requirements |
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Master’s degree preferred.
- 5-8 years’ experience in related field.
- PA School Business Officials-Registered School Business Administrator preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent computer/technology skill
- Current or ability to obtain PA Criminal Record Check, Child Abuse Clearance, and FBI Clearance
- Valid Driver’s License
