Client Support Specialist (Student Information System)
<strong>Client Support Specialist:</strong><br /> &nbsp;<br /> Milton, PA<br /> &nbsp;<br /> This is a full time position within the Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit&rsquo;s (CSIU) Computer Services department to meet the needs of our growing client base. Position is responsible for providing client support for the CSIU student administrative software applications.<br /> &nbsp;<br /> Salary Range: $46,000 to $51,500 dependent on education, applicable experience and skills. This is an exempt position following a 260 days per year, 12-month work schedule<a name="_Hlk63244144">. &nbsp;</a><em>This full-time position follows a regular Monday through Friday (37.5 hours per week) work schedule with the opportunity to telework from home and/or approved off-site locations.&nbsp; In addition, face-to-face interaction with clients, meetings and trainings at the CSIU Main office, located in Milton, PA, may be required.&nbsp;&nbsp;</em>Certain requirements, based upon CSIU telework policy and administrative regulations, must be met.&nbsp;&nbsp;<em>The CSIU has the right to cancel or suspend the employee teleworking privileges at any time, for any or no reason due to the requirement of the CSIU and clients&rsquo; needs.</em><br /> &nbsp;<br /> This opportunity includes excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance; retirement options including Pennsylvania Public School Employees Retirement System (PSERS) and life insurance options.<br /> &nbsp;

Requirements Education, experience and skills required include: <ul> <li>An Associate&#39;s degree preferred with experience working in a basic education environment or working with school business office and/or student administration applications.&nbsp; Will consider a High School Diploma/equivalent General Education Diploma (GED) and a combination of skills and experience involving two (2) plus years of experience working with schools on student information systems / student administration software applications.</li> <li>Excellent verbal communication skills for working with clients</li> <li>Proficiency in using Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel.</li> <li>Ability to maintain positive working relationships with staff members, as communicating customer needs depends on this.</li> <li>An understanding of computer programming is helpful, but not essential.</li> </ul> &nbsp;<br /> Candidates with higher degrees (Bachelor&rsquo;s, Master&rsquo;s etc.) are encouraged to apply as the higher end of the salary range is dependent on experience, education and skill level.
