FT Child Accountant/PIMS Coordinator, Business Office

Manheim Central School District is seeking to hire a FT Child Accountant/PIMS Coordinator to join our Business Office.

 

This position is responsible for conducting all aspects related to the child registration process, including conducting new enrollment meetings with families, and organizing and coordinating the annual Kindergarten registration process. 

 

This position is also responsible for carrying out functions related to Child Accounting and PIMS reporting, including coordinating data entry, data maintenance, and data quality in district software systems for state and federal reporting. 

 

12-Month Position

40 hours a week
