Human Resources Specialist
The School District of Springfield Township is seeking candidates who possess excellent interpersonal skills, the desire to work with staff, and the ability to relate well within the school community.
This position will be responsible for a variety of different Human Resources tasks including but not limited to: maintenance of HR software systems, tracking of required documentation, compliance with regulatory and legal requirements, staff training, how to documentation/videos, negotiations data, auditing of bills, seniority tracking, state reporting, unemployment, benefit calculations, tuition reimbursement, projects as assigned by the Director of Human Resources, etc.
The candidate for this position will have the softskills necessary to establish relationships and building a trustworthy rapport with the SDST community and work as a teammate within the Human Resources Department.
