This cabinet-level position reports directly to the Superintendent. The Director provides leadership and direction for the Human Resources Department in support of the District’s goals and mission of Every Student Every Day through the execution of best practices in all areas of Human Resources.

| Requirements |
Qualifications include Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Certified educators with experience in supervising professional and support staff will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s in Human Resources or Business Administration. Juris Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field strongly preferred. |
