Accounts Payable/Purchasing/Administrative Specialist
The Accounts Payable/Purchasing/Administrative Specialist is responsible for a wide range of clerical and business services duties including but not limited to purchasing, accounts payable, general ledger postings, credit card reconciliation, financial materials for board meetings, and credit references.

This individual must have a strong understanding of accounting methods, financial controls, and purchasing procedures.  This position requires a high level of skill with MS Excel, Word, and Power Point; along with the ability to operate a computerized financial management system.  This position will serve as a backup for the school-wide payroll function.

Requirements The ideal candidate must be able to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate professional interpersonal skills, follow directions and work independently in a fast paced work environment.  Minimum of an Associate’s degree preferred with at least two years of recent, directly related work experience required.
