Plans, coordinates and supervises the operation of the buildings and grounds department in such a way as to promote the safety and efficiency of the school system, maximize the use and maintenance of facilities and capital equipment, and provide long-range capital asset management for the District.

Five (5) years’ experience as an organizational leader and/or equivalent experience with project engineering functions.
Three (3) years’ experience in facilities management.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in engineering; civil, mechanical or electrical engineering preferred; MBA or business minor strongly preferred.
Knowledge of DEP, ADA, and AHERA OSHA regulations required.
Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
