Purchasing Coordinator/ Fiscal Services Specialist
(12-month full-time position)

Responsible for understanding and implementing all state requirements and district procedures related to the purchasing process to ensure full compliance. The goal is to ensure that each student in the district derives maximum benefit from the expenditure of the allocations as seen by the Board of School Directors for the acquisition of supplies, material, equipment and services.

Requirements Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years’ related to Finance/Purchasing/Accounting experience or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated competence in the use of technology.
  • Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of school fund accounting, principles, methods, and techniques.
  • Strong organizational skills; detail oriented.
