Early Bird Discount - Register by October 11 and save on your registration.
Buy One Full Conference, Bring Additional Staff from Your LEA at 25% off - Register one person for the full two-day conference and additional staff from your LEA can register for the same workshop at 25% off.  If registering online, you will receive a discount code in your confirmation that must be provided to get the discount for additional staff. The member status of the individual will determine if the member or non-member price applies and the 25% discount will be applied to applicable fee.
Registration Deadline - Register by November 2 to ensure your materials and name badge will be waiting for you onsite.
Walk-ins - Walk-ins will be accepted on a space available basis at an additional fee of $35 per registrant.
Cancellations - In order to cover some of the expenses, a $50 service fee will be retained for cancellations within 5 business days of the scheduled 2-day conference. Transfers and substitutions are permitted at no additional cost unless the transfer or substitution is from a member to a non-member, in which case the difference between a non-member and member rate will be charged. All cancellation, transfer or substitution requests must be made in writing prior to the scheduled event.  
Room rate = $149 Single/Double

Each individual guest must make his/her own reservation by calling 717-299-5500 or 800-233-0121 and mentioning the Pennsylvania Association of School Business Officials to receive the group rate of $149 for single/double. All reservations must be completed no later than October 8, 2022 to receive the group rate. Room block may sell out before the reservation deadline date.

Due to the current, ever-changing environment, safety protocols (including, but not limited to masks) may be put in place for any face-to-face programs.
