ORIENTATION SESSION
An online Orientation Web Session will be held on Monday, March 29 at 12:00 Noon.
This session will overview the course and expectations. This call will not be recorded.

Operating a financially solvent food service program that fulfills the regulations of the USDA and satisfies the needs of the students is the challenge every food service director faces.  This course will assist you in understanding the elements of school food service and applying those skills in the work setting.  Learn about:
