Best Practices in Using Procurement Cards*

Implementing a Purchase Card as part of your strategy can streamline the purchasing process, create efficiencies and lead to a rebate.  This presentation will focus on best practices including how to implement policies, develop vendor management strategies, pay invoices using card and establish appropriate controls.  This will include a special focus on using Purchase Cards through COVID-19 and how to navigate the current environment.
