EL113 Elements of Food Service Administration* ONLINE COURSE

Operating a financially solvent food service program that fulfills the regulations of the USDA and satisfies the needs of the students is the challenge every food service director faces.  This course will assist you in understanding the elements of school food service and applying those skills in the work setting.

Online Course running February 17 - March 26, 2020
Orientation Session - February 17 (12:00 pm)
An online Orientation Web Session will be held on Monday, February 17 at 12:00 Noon.
This session will overview the course and expectations. This call will not be recorded.
The course will be broken into five weeks covering the following topics:
  • USDA Regulations in School Food Service
  • Purchasing Practices
  • Financial Analysis
  • Audits and Reviews
  • Applying HACCP in School Food Service

  • Register by January 27: PASBO Member $125/Non-member $185
  • After January 27: PASBO Member $130/Non-member $190
  • PASBO Professional Certification = 4 CEUs
