PASBO, along with PASA, PARSS, PSBA and the Central PA Education Coalition, issued a joint letter to the Senate Education Committee asking them to support House Bill 1738, sponsored by Rep. Bernie O'Neill, which creates a Basic Education Funding Commission to examine current basic education funding in the Commonwealth and to recommend a new basic education funding formula.
