Hotel Cancellations for PASBO Annual Conference
Thank you for your patience as we continue to work through the many details associated with the cancellation of the PASBO Annual Conference. We are working diligently on multiple fronts and assessing our options to ensure that we are moving forward in the most effective and thoughtful manner. We know you have many questions, and we will continue to work through them all, sharing more information with you as soon as we can.Our immediate priority is to ensure that everyone's hotel accommodations are addressed in a timely manner to avoid any potential cancellation fees.
For those conference attendees and exhibitors that booked hotel rooms through PASBO: All hotel rooms booked through PASBO at the Westin, the Omni, the Doubletree, the Drury or the Hampton Inn will be automatically cancelled with no fees or penalties. You should receive a confirmation of the cancellation from the Westin, Omni or Drury shortly. If you have questions, please reach out directly to the hotel.
For those conference attendees and exhibitors that booked hotel rooms on their own (outside of PASBO's system): If you booked your hotel room yourself (outside of PASBO's system), you will need to communicate with the hotel and cancel your own reservation. Please be advised of the timelines in which you must cancel your reservations to avoid penalties or fees. The Westin requires cancellation within 48 hours of your arrival date; the Omni requires cancellation within 72 hours of your arrival date; the Drury requires cancellation within 24 hours of your arrival date; the Hampton Inn requires cancellation within 24 hours of your arrival date; and the Doubletree requires cancellation within 24 hours of your arrival date. If you booked at another hotel, please reach out to inquire about the timeline for cancellation. If you have additional questions, please reach out directly to the hotel.
