The PASBO Materials Management Committee and the Board of Directors have created The PASBO Award of Excellence in School Purchasing Operations (AOESPO). The design of the award allows any size LEA to apply for recognition in this field. The award's emphasis is based on the Best Practices in Purchasing as identified by the PASBO Materials Management Committee and the Board of Directors. This program is jointly sponsored by PASBO and Keystone Purchasing Network.
