About This Program
In recent years, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has announced that post-issuance tax compliance will be among its highest priorities. This is evidenced by the recently imposed annual reporting requirement on nonprofit corporations (in the form of Schedule K, to be filed with IRS Form 990) regarding the application and use of tax-exempt bonds issued for their benefit. This webcast will provide an overview of IRS Post Issuance Compliance issues. Learn about:

Host LEA Registration – I will connect to the webcast from my home Local Education Agency (LEA)/organization. Only one attendee per LEA needs to register as a Host. Registration provides ONE connection via Internet and optional toll-free touchtone speaker phone. An unlimited number of individuals from your school entity can attend and they DO NOT need to register as Guests. All attendees will be asked to complete an Attendance Form the day of the program. (PASBO Member $65 / Non-member $95)
Guest LEA Registration (You will NOT receive webcast connection instructions) - I have accepted an invitation to participate at another Local Education Agency/organization webcast site. Only one attendee per LEA needs to register as a Guest. Additional attendees from your school entity can attend and DO NOT need to register as Guests. All attendees will be asked to complete an Attendance Form the day of the program. You may register in advance OR register the day of the program by completing an attendance form on-site and the Guest LEA Registration fee will be invoiced. (PASBO Member $50 / Non-member $75)
