The Pennsylvania Worker and Community Right to Know Act (Act 159 of 1984) requires that public sector employers in the Commonwealth, including school districts, collect and report information about the hazardous chemicals used and stored at their worksites. The law also requires that information about these hazardous chemicals be communicated to employees.
