PDE representatives explain the PA-PACT application procedures using the on-line eGrants process. This session demonstrates how you will apply for your Basic Education Funding for 2009-10. Understanding the application will be vitally important because ALL school districts will have to report and subsequently monitor how funds are spent under current budget proposals.
