Advance registration deadline is four business days prior to the workshop start date. Registrations made to the PASBO office by telephone, fax, mail or online are all considered official workshop registrations for which the following workshop policies will apply. The cancellations, substitutions, and transfers policy is effective 24 hours after workshop registrations are received by PASBO.

Early Bird / Online Discount
: Register with a credit card online 21 days prior to the workshop and receive a 5% discount on your registration. Registrations made by phone/fax/mail or with a request to be invoiced are not eligible for this discount.
: A $20 service fee will be retained for each workshop cancellation. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE FOR CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED IN THE PASBO OFFICE WITHIN FIVE BUSINESS DAYS OF THE SCHEDULED WORKSHOP.
: You may transfer to a new program/location/date before the scheduled workshop. However, individuals who transfer will incur an additional $20 service charge. Once a transfer has been made, the same workshop registration cannot be canceled without forfeiting the entire workshop registration fee.
: Registrants who are unable to attend a workshop may send a substitute attendee to the workshop provided the substitute is employed within the same school entity of the original workshop registrant. Substitutions can be made at any time. Member/Non-member workshop rates are still applicable.
: Walk-In registration will be accepted on a space available basis at an additional fee of $20 per registrant.
: PASBO reserves the right to cancel a workshop due to insufficient registration or inclement weather. In the case of insufficient numbers, all registrants will be notified. Decisions on weather related cancellations will be made by noon the day before the program. Weather cancellations will be posted at www.pasbo.org
